The  UAW  Education  Department  will hold its annual Young Workers Institute from July 9-14, 2023. The institute will be held at The Walter and May  Reuther UAW Family Education Center in Onaway, Michigan.

This  institute  is  designed  for members 18-35 years old who want to grow their activism and involvement  in their  locals. Delegates  will  participate in  workshops related  to  UAW structure, how to engage in union meetings, understanding bargaining and strikes,  and  how  to strengthen our union through activism. This is an excellent week for our new generation of members to build foundational knowledge of the labor movement and their role within it.
