Amalgamated UAW Local 145 August Regular Membership Meeting

The Membership present shall constitute a quorum and shall transact all business at Membership Meetings.

The following shall be the order of business at all Membership Meetings:

1. Roll Call of Officers

2. Reading of the Minutes from the Previous Membership Meeting

3. Installment of New Officers

4. Financial Secretary-Treasurer's Report

5. President’s Report

6. Reports of Officers, Standing Committees and Delegates

7. Communications

8. Unfinished Business

9. New Business/Good and Welfare

10. Adjournment

Questions of a parliamentary nature shall be decided by Robert’s Rules of Order.

All Members are encouraged to attend.
