Our Macalester

Through a union, Macalester student workers can work together to achieve the demands we so choose. Before this negotiation can happen, the Macalester administration must:

1. Include RAs, Bonner Scholars, and other stipended workers as part of the same bargaining unit as all other workers.

2. Abide by the National Labor Relations Act.

3. Bargain in good faith with the students to create a contract that fulfills the needs of all student workers.
