ROCKFORD LABOR DAY PARADE INFORMATION
The annual Labor Day Parade will be held on Monday, September 7, 2026. The parade route is approximately 1 1/4 mile walk, so wear something comfortable!
We will NOT have a float this year in the parade. But will have several vehicles in the parade if any retirees or disabled individuals would like a ride.
T-Shirts: Please wear your “We Are Belvidere” red t-shirts. If you or an immediate family member needs a t-shirt, please stop by or call the Union Hall to register for a t-shirt at no cost to you.
The pre-ordered t-shirts will only be handed out on the day of the parade, and the t-shirts that are not picked up on Labor Day will be returned to the Union Hall for resale.
- Adult Sizes: There are plenty of small, large, X-large, and 2X-large, but there are only four (4) medium-size shirts.
- Children Sizes: We will be handing out small adult shirts for children.
Please give your name, number of people attending, and sizes needed.
ALL SHIRTS ARE A FIRST COME-FIRST SERVE BASIS. Sign up ASAP!
Last day to sign up for T-shirts, if still available, is Wednesday, September 2, 2026.

Meet at 7th Street and 5th Avenue, Rockford, IL
T-shirt pickup starts at 9:00 am at the location
If you do not need a T-shirt, please arrive by 10:00 am at the latest, as that is when the parade starts and our line will be moving out a bit past 10:00 am.
