All active employees are covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Standard Care Network. Coverage is as follows:
• $25 co-pay for Office Visits
• $50 co-pay for Urgent Care Visits
• $15 co-pay for Retail Heath Center Visits
• $10 co-pay for Online Visits
• $100 co-pay Hospital Emergency Room visits waived if admitted inpatient or observation care
All 3 Hospitals are participating providers. It is the members responsibility to check that the doctor and the facility are In Network Providers.
