General Membership Meeting

The power of our union rests in your hands. Members are the highest authority in the UAW. The monthly General Membership Meetings are a space where members come together, get informed, participate in the business of the local, and have their voice heard.

We encourage all unit members of UAW Amalgamated Local 1268 to attend, including Retirees.

ARTICLE (6) Membership Meetings Section 1. There shall be regular membership meetings held at least once a month, and time and place to be determined by the Amalgamated Local Union. Currently, meetings are being held on the last Saturday of the month at 12:00pm, unless production is scheduled. In that case, the meeting will be held on Sunday at 1:00pm. Membership Meeting schedule can be changed, on a temporary basis, based on Membership or Executive Board action.
