Mike Moe

Mike started his career at Chrysler in October 1998 in Syracuse, NY, at New Venture Gear, UAW Local 624. He transferred to Belvidere Assembly Plant on July 10, 2006. 

Mike is a second-generation employee who became more engaged with the union after moving to Illinois. Although he had not been as involved in Syracuse as he felt he should have been, he quickly joined the Local and Area CAP Committees and continued to take on a more active role. His goal was not to seek a specific office, but to learn as much as possible and contribute wherever he could. His involvement grew over several years, beginning with the CAP Committee and his service as an elected member of the Election Committee.
