About Us

UAW Local 3212 is mostly comprised of Independent Parts Supplier (IPS) members but we recently welcomed Ballys Chicago as our first Gaming unit and worked with them to win a strong first contract. Our newest unit is Flex-N-Gate Chicago, who are ready to stand up and win a strong first contract of their own! 

Our local has faced some challenges over the years as many have, but we are quickly growing, bargaining strong contracts for our members, helping members of our community and raising all tides for the working class!
