Strike Authorization Vote

This is an AUTHORIZATION VOTE ONLY. IT IS NOT A FINAL STRIKE VOTE. 

This gives our negotiating team the option to use the biggest and most effective tools to help reach a fair agreement. This does NOT mean that we will strike, it simply means that we are authorizing it as an option if needed. Having a large turn out that authorizes our union to use this tool sends a clear message to the company that we are united, strong, and willing to do what it takes to get what we deserve.
