The Local 2250 Contract
We don't just rely on the National. Our Shop Bargaining Committee negotiates specific language for our plant. From shift preferences to overtime rules, we lock in the terms that matter to you.
Representation on the Floor
Fairness is enforced by your District Committeeman. If management violates the contract, we are right there to file the grievance. We ensure "Just Cause" is the standard, not the exception.

Our Health & Safety Reps walk the floor to ensure OSHA standards aren't just a poster on the wall. We fight for safe line speeds so every member goes home in one piece.
