ONAWAY, MI – In the first week of September, 176 members assembled in northern Michigan at the Walter and May Reuther UAW Family Education Center for the 2025 Contract Enforcement Boot Camp. Delegates came to this institute to sharpen their skills as grievance handlers.

The current base wage of $36.96 multiplied by a straight-time work year of 2080 hours = $76,876.80 a year.
