Unit 3 (Lydall)

Origanlly Cooper Mfg was employee owned and worked hard to keep managment and union employees working together with common goals in mind. 

In January 2005, Cooper was bought out by Susquehanna Capital.  They kept the management/employee relationship the same.  In 2007 Cooper Mfg became Interface Sealing Solutions.  It has since changed names once again to Lydall.
