Unit 3 (Lydall)

Origanlly Cooper Mfg was employee owned and worked hard to keep managment and union employees working together with common goals in mind. 

In January 2005, Cooper was bought out by Susquehanna Capital. For the first 2 years they kept all same employee and managment realtions practice in place. Then in 2007 Cooper Mfg became Interface Sealing Solutions. It has since changed names once again to Lydall.
